We have a laboratory accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and an industrial (seamless steel pipe) product quality control and technical evaluation laboratory of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and has obtained the certification mark CMA of inspection and testing institutions. The organization is set up as one branch office and four research institutes, and currently has 12 professional and technical personnel with professor-level titles, promoting the innovation and improvement of the company's iron-making, steel-making, pipe rolling and pipe processing technology efficiency, scientifically leading the refinement of the company's production chain industrial technology research direction, and winning the "National Recognized Enterprise Technology Center Achievement Award".
The R & D platform focuses on pure steel smelting, efficient steel pipe rolling, tissue heat treatment regulation, thread connection design evaluation, material design and development, pipe string application technology and other aspects, focusing on product frontier application. It has key core technologies such as oil pipe development, manufacturing and application in the whole process from product design and development, new product evaluation and testing, process trial production research to product application technology, etc., focusing on the technical research of the market and users. A large number of TP series products with independent intellectual property rights such as anti-corrosion, anti-crushing, ultra-deep Wells, thermal production Wells, gas storage Wells, shale gas, perforating guns, and special buttons have been developed successively to meet the oil and gas exploitation needs of oilfield users under various working conditions. In the field of professional pipe, developed X42~X100 steel grade pipeline pipe, and a large number of exports; T/P11, T/P12, T/P22T/P91, T/P92 and other power station pipes were developed, and gas cylinder pipes and alloy structure pipes were developed. Up to now, more than 440 national patents have been authorized, and more than 120 national, provincial and industrial science and technology awards have been won.
