Since our company cooperated with petrochina Changqing Oilfield to develop TP-CQ special thread form in 2001, we have developed more than ten special thread types and formed the TP series special thread of oil casing. The TP-TS and TP-JC developed are both threaded gas seal structures. The TP-CQ special thread has passed the evaluation test of OSI(NAMAS) laboratory in the United Kingdom, petrochina Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Technology Research Institute (TGRC) and ADCO in the United Arab Emirates.
· Deep well, ultra-deep well series
The TP series of special casing for deep and ultra-deep Wells developed by our company not only guarantees high strength, but also has excellent impact toughness and resistance to crack cracking ability, which is enough to cope with the complex and changeable underground construction environment of ultra-deep and complex Wells.
Deep well/ultra deep well series special casing has been widely used in major oil fields in China. The product was used in the 8408 m Tachen 1 well and set a world record of 7087 m in the Ø273.05×13.84mm TP140V casing full interval in the Kachen 7 well. The excellent performance of casing products and the well structure design scheme for complex working conditions have solved a number of drilling and completion problems.

Through the adjustment of alloying elements, the HP13Cr series which can be applied to higher temperature and has good toughness and the SUP13Cr series which can be applied to trace hydrogen sulfide environment have been developed successively. The crush resistance series developed by our company has higher crush resistance than API Spec 5CT with the same specification and steel grade.
