countries and regions of the world covering Europe, Americas, Asia, Africa and

quality authentication and acceptance certificates issued by a number of famous
international and domestic institutions, such as certificate of authority to use
official monogram of American Petroleum Institute (API); Quality system
certificate for ISO 9001 by SGS United Kingdom Ltd; Yarsley International
Certification Services; Det Norske Veritas (DNV); Lloyd’s Register of Shipping;
Product attestations by German Technical Supervision Bureau (TÜV)
WO series and European Pressure Bearing Equipment Instruction (PED), and
others. TPCO has also passed various mill qualifications from main
international oil companies such as Shell, ExxonMobil, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, ARAMCO, Aera Energy LLC
and etc. Occupying an area of 850 acres and
situated in the industrial zone of Tianjin city along the lower reaches of Haihe
River, approximately 15 miles east of downtown of Tianjin and 10 miles west of
Xingang Port, the site of TPCO plant is well supported by a developed
infrastructure. It faces the Haihe River on the south with the Beijin-
Shanhaiguan Railway and the Beijin-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway in the north. Established in 1993 in Houston, Texas as a subsidiary of Tianjin Pipe Int'l Economic
