We have four models of MPM, PQF, ASSEL and REM and seven sets of rolling mills. The main unit is equipped with a 9-channel and 13-channel thermal measurement system to monitor the outer diameter and wall thickness in real time to ensure the effective implementation of the steel pipe geometry control process. Unit 250 is equipped with intelligent meter inspection system. Each production line is equipped with online eddy current, magnetic flux leakage or ultrasonic non-destructive testing equipment, as well as offline ultrasonic and electromagnetic ultrasonic testing equipment to ensure the quality monitoring and control of the intermediate process of the product.
Pipe processing system
14 high-precision thread processing lines, 6 optical pipelines, 1 stub line; 12 heat treatment processing lines, quenching methods include internal spray and external spray, rotary immersion, tunnel; Specialized PSL-3 oil casing production line; More than 80 sets of non-destructive testing equipment can realize the online detection of the whole pipe wall thickness, vertical and horizontal, oblique defects and stratification.
