The deep Chuanke 1 well in Southwest oil and gas field of petrochina is a 10,000 meter exploration well with the most complex geological conditions and the highest drilling difficulty in the world, and the whole well casing uses Tianjin steel pipe products. At present, Chuanke 1 well has completed the three-casing operation, using the composite hydrogen sulfide resistance special sleeve pipe string structure, the total downhole depth of 3608.5 meters, 343 casing.
The successful running of the casing has set many records, such as the deepest hole and the heaviest cementing casing, for the largest diameter of the hydrogen sulfide corrosion gas sealing collar used onshore in China. The development of two non-standard specifications of casing demonstrates the company's strong new product development and production capacity, providing more product choices for domestic and foreign oilfield design.
The special casing is mainly used to seal the upper low-pressure formation, and the design also fully considers the requirements of drilling conditions. In the casing production process, ultra-pure steel with ultra-low harmful content elements, ultra-low inclusion content and ultra-low segregation degree is used. The rolling process and heat treatment process are optimized to improve the geometry accuracy of the tube and the uniformity of the material properties. In the design and development of special buckle type, the special design method is adopted to facilitate the operation of the buckle in the field, and to ensure that the casing has excellent gas sealing performance.
